The spindle is powered by a 3-phase 11-horsepower variable-speed high-frequency motor.This machine features a four-position tool holder from which tooling changes are automatically made as required.A precision tool holder chuck is mounted on the motor shaft.Spindle speed and tooling are selected by the on-board computer according to the type of door being machined,whether steel,fiberglass or wood.and the type of cut being made.With this,tool changing can be fully automatic or may be performed manually.The tool magazine holds four chucks with tooling and the on-board computer keeps track of all tooling characteristics.

Internal conveyor structure brings out easy operation,moreover it looks quite simple but equips with good reliability.The mechanical slide-rail of moveable parts is imported from Japan,which ensures accurate operation and high precision while regulating equipment.
