Features:
Cut To length line can do uncoiling, leveling, shearing and stacking works, make coil steel to sheet steel. It mainly includes coil car, uncoiler, feeder, leveler, gauge, shearer, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system, etc. It mainly used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with surface spreading.
Cut To length line is controlled by PLC system. It has a CNC controlled single shaft feeder. The information of length, shearing numbers and speed can be input to the CNC system, when the needed shearing numbers is reached the line can stop automatically. The line speed can be adjusted. It has a gauge with high precision, and whole line can work automatically and operate easily, smooth sheet can be made.
With an optional slitting machine the line can do slitting works, or with a trimmer the line can do trimming works. The line has a highly efficient performance.
The specifications can be changed to meet customers demand.
